Get your workout equipment!

For online PT sessions you’ll need:

  • 2-3 sets of dumbbells (1 light, 1 heavy, 1 medium optional)

    • Ex. 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs is a good starting place if you’re not sure.

      • You can always test out how heavy they feel at the store: Dick’s Sporting Goods, or even major retailers like Target, or Ross / Marshalls sometimes have them for a lower cost.

  • Resistance bands: set of light, medium, heavy

  • a workout mat (for comfort)

Meet your Trainer

Hi, I’m Alyssabeth!

I’m a NASM certified Personal Trainer, 500-hour registered yoga and meditation teacher. I’m passionate about using movement as medicine; In our personal training sessions, we integrate a holistic approach to wellbeing, pairing strength training with mobility, flexibility, meditation and mindfulness. I specialize in creating workout programs customized to your goals, guiding you to feel strong, balanced, and empowered in body and mind.

This is strength training to fit your life — whatever phase of your journey you’re in. I’ve worked with clients in their 20s to clients in their 90s! YES, you read that right. Together, we’ll create a workout plan that works for your unique goals.

I have experience working with special populations, including teaching trauma-informed yoga and meditation to the military community and seniors, including on therapeutic retreats over the last 6 years.

In my free time, I’m often camping and hiking with my 7 year old ‘puppy’ Jaxon and my husband, any chance I get!
